Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today.
Is this a laptop or desktop?
Do you have an external keyboard anywhere to test with?
you have an additional keyboard other than the current one?
go to start menu --> computer management --> device manager --> keyboard right click on keyboard uninstall driver --> restart
plug keyboard back in
have you tried a different usb port?
It's leaning towards a hardware issue since we reinstalled the driver for the keyboard.
what do yo mean?
I'm not available for a phone call, but I don't think there is anything else we can look at. If you can get another keyboard to test and it still happens then we can further troubleshoot but I'm sure this is a hardware issue on the keyboard.
If you're referring to remote support we can do it for much lower, but I'm not positive it can be fixed.
yes I would look for a new keyboard, should be able to find a cheap one for around $15 at staples, walmart, bestbuy
