Can you tell me where you 'found' your apple tech and why you believe your imac, ipad and network

is contaminated?

Where did this 'tech' come from?

Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 2 months ago.

If you are able to reply, please do not go through with the 'contamination' process yet until we talk.

I am about 95% sure you are being scammed. It is all over the internet right now with what you are

listing. I see this several times a day.

If that 'tech' wasnt contacted by 'you' through apple itself? The do not call people and say all your devices

are infected. They cannot know that. About your network, your devices etc. It doesnt work that way. They

usually get your 'info' from an email list they 'bought' and contact you. Apple doesn't do that. You have to contact

them first.

Please respond when you are ready.
