My backlighting on the keyboard is off..... don't know why. how do I switch it on?
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: where do I find that?? it is a 17 inch screen, it is a asus gaming computer with red backlighting. It went off earlier when going to windows 10. ?/asus upgrade fixed it
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
