Is this on startup or are you logged in?
did it say what it was for, hard drive memory.. etc?
go to start menu --> computer --> right click on C drive --> properties --> tools --> select check disk
is there an error code on the hardware scan?
does it say the warranty date on the bottom of the solution center?
I would make sure any important files are backed up.
The hard drive maybe going bad which is why the Lenovo scan has that error, but its not bad enough that Windows didn't find any errors.
it should say what point it failed on, smart test, read test.. etc
I don't know what specifically that code means.
