- In Firefox program, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on the ? (question mark) icon at bottom, then click on option Troubleshooting information. Then click on Reset Firefox..., then click on Refresh Firefox, then wait a bit, and check.
- If needed, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner in Firefox program, then click on option History, then click on Clear recent history.... Then at the item Time range to clear, click on the option Everything from the drop-down list. Then check the two boxes Cached and Offline Website Data, then click on Clear now, and wait a bit and check.
- Open Internet Explorer program or Safari application, and check Internet with it.
