JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: about 18 months. The real GMail address is***@******.***.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, not to my knowledge!
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: As I said before, I accidentally typed in my username as***@******.*** instead of***@******.*** (added an extra "e" after "pv". Now my mail is somewhere else.

You should be able to log back into your original email by logging out of the one you're in now and logging into***@******.*** instead.
