I am sending you a guide to 'find' your 2016 emails in gmail. However, it may be a setting you
have as well or if you have another gmail, it isnt on the right view. It could be several things.
Difficult to know without 'seeing' what you see. If you decide later to do the remote support session,
if we cannot find the emails, that remote support is 100% money back.
