Customer Question

Do Logitech wireless keyboards have a USB? - it belongs to a friend of mine and he can´t Input "type" with it. The wireless mouse we know has a USB and it works and he can move the arrows and things on the keyboard but when he tries to type, the keys move but no letters, etc. show up on the screen. Very frustrating.
Thank you.

I'm sorry about the issue. Since keyboard does move, then it is working, so that is a good news. The issue is likely with a wrong setting; I can help fixing this.

Does his computer have windows xp, vista, or 7 or 8 or 10?

  4. Then make sure to uncheck the box at the option Turn on Filter Keys.
  5. Click on Apply / OK at the bottom and check to see if the keyboard is working fine now.
