For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
Welcome to Justanswer.com, my name is Dustin.I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having, I will do my best to help you resolve it.
When you get into the Bios, there should be a button at the top right left, or bottom right or left of the screen that defines a key such as F10 and then says "Load defaults and exit "
lets try to load defaults and exit, and let the computer restart. let me know what happens.
If these steps didnt work or if you couldnt complete them, let me know.
Until we get the computer to boot, or until we get it to recognize the hard drive.. It wont help if I connect t o a different computer.. Not yet..
For now, can you clarify if you read and completed the steps I suggested here?
When you get into the Bios,( setup utility ) there should be a button at the top right left, or bottom right or left of the screen that defines a key such as F10 and then says "Load defaults and exit "
Im sorry, could you type verbatim what it wants you to add?
What exactly is it showing and saying on screen?
I dont know what you mean it wanst a program like command..
I need to know exactly word for word what it is saying and asking for on screen.
Ahh.. thats what you see?
Did this machine have windows 10 installed on it previously?
Also, can you verify if you chose to load defaults and exit when we were in the setup utility?
Ok, lets go back to the bios..
Were looking for secure boot.. It may be in the boot section, or security section..
lets disabled secure boot.
Then, save the settings and exit.. And then let the computer start.. does it go to a different screen now?
