JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I had a hard disk problem about 3 mos. ago, technic***** *****ged hard disk, but did it without transfering th information to the new disk installed.

Customer: you mean Yahho updates?

What does your email that you cannot get into end in? @yahoo like your alternate, or gmail, outlook etc?
