Good morning;
I have an Acer Aspire 7250, S/N: LXRL602105206015AC7200.
Even with help from ESET tech suport, we were unable to load ESET Smart Security. Similar issues seen when loading other applications like Iolo System Mechanic.
In an attempt to restore Windows 7 Home Premium, I executed Acer eRecovery Management. The recovery hangs up (greater than 12 hours) at "Installing Office 2010 . . . 21/41". This problem is repeatable.
Please advise.
