Hi! I'm Eric, a computer expert who's been paired with you through JustAnswer.com. I'm reviewing your question now, and will return w/ an answer soon!
Good evening! Can you tell me what version of Windows you are using?
I haven't accepted your request for remote assistance, because the steps required to fix this can't be performed remotely. I am happy to provide the steps to you for self-completion, however.
In order to remove your Administrator password, you will need to "crack" it. The (free) tool I recommend for this is found here: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd140201.zip (you will need to download this file and "burn" it to a CD).
With that program in-hand, you will want to follow the instructions you'll find at this website:
Once complete, you will have removed the Administrator password!
