Customer Question

I am trying to install the new Adobe Flash player on my wife's computer. I get to the point where it asks for her password ***** we are stymied. She has her Apple password, but not one for Adobe. She has the older versionof the flash player and needs the newer one. What should I do next?

Hi there Jay and welcome

Flash does not use any Adobe passwords, what the request is is your Mac computer asking for your Mac password (that you use to sign in) so you can install the program. The mac asks this for any programs it installs.

Enter the password ***** use to sign into the mac when you start it and it should then install

Let me know please how you go.
