Yes. As far as I know. Having my email covering the browser, I have been told: An error occurred. Access denied.
I have also had flash before me: Your login details do not match our records. I have used these details for years. Recently I have been trying to eliminate a multitude of emails but have been unable to do so because of the interruptions of "access denied".
What about the free week of your service? Will it apply? I have never needed your help until now.

ok, and via Firefox you get the access denied message?
If you access it via Safari, do you also get the error?
