Hi, and thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you today.
First off, please press and HOLD down the Power button on the laptop for atleast 60 seconds, and then release the button.
Next, press the Power button one more time to turn the laptop back on - does it boot up all right this time?
Please reply back to me below; I'll be here. Thank you.
PS: Please do NOT accept any remote assistance offer if it shows up on this page at any time; it's sent out automatically by our site, and not by me. We do not need to do a remote session for your issue; I'll reply back to you below now.
Hmm, I see; since the hard reboot did not work either, it's very likely to be a motherboard issue with the laptop. Let me open up your question to our other experts now, who might have further input on this; you will be automatically notified by email when another expert picks this up. Thank you.
