Sometimes a bank will block a charge if they think it could be fraud. Usually, they will call you or if you call them, it will release that "soft lock" on the charge.
While you are working on that issue, is your password ***** numbers or some letters too for your computer?
The additional services request was having issues so if you would like to use that option for a phone call then you will need to enter a new card or fix the previous issue.
Under your SIGN IN box, do you see an option for an option for SIGN-IN OPTIONS with icons?
Try using the key pad to the right on your keyboard. Make sure the NUM LOCK key is on when you do it.
Does it show that the numbers are inputting on the screen when you press them on the keyboard?
