Hi Lorraine,

Is it showing the PIN box or a password ***** instead?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
OY...was waiting for a phone call....it is showing PIN box as usual...
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I keep being told PIN IS incorrect...
Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

Sorry, Lorraine for the miscommunication. You can request a phone call via the additional help option but it has not been requested at this time.

Try using the numbers on the top of your keyboard instead of the keypad on the right

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I can't get those other numbers...should have mentioned that I tried that as well
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok.... Don't know what I can do...
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Did use numbers on top
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I always do
Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

Which other numbers are you referring to?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Sorry...you have perfect cc info...
Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

Sometimes a bank will block a charge if they think it could be fraud. Usually, they will call you or if you call them, it will release that "soft lock" on the charge.

Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

While you are working on that issue, is your password ***** numbers or some letters too for your computer?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I did put cc info in.. PIN all numbers...will use another cc if needed
Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

The additional services request was having issues so if you would like to use that option for a phone call then you will need to enter a new card or fix the previous issue.

Under your SIGN IN box, do you see an option for an option for SIGN-IN OPTIONS with icons?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
No sign in options

Try using the key pad to the right on your keyboard. Make sure the NUM LOCK key is on when you do it.

Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

Does it show that the numbers are inputting on the screen when you press them on the keyboard?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Inputs show as xxxx, so can't verify....are you saying my 2nd cc doesn't work? That has never happened.....what do I need to do for a phone call.... Could fix things a hell of a lot faster
Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

Unfortunately, I am only a tech on the site so I do not deal with the payments portion. You can 1-***-***-**** to speak with customer service regarding this issue

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok. Calling them
Expert:  Josh replied 2 months ago.

Okay, great.
