Dell Inspirion One Desktop - after I log in, I get a blank screen with a moving cursor. This has happened before and I can't remember how I fixed it. I ran the diagnostics test from F12 and all fine.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: No, there is not a password ***** any of the users
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, QuickBooks online

While you are in the blank screen after login press ctrl + alt + del keys and then select task manger from the list.

See if you can open task manager.Let me know
