Man, that is a bummer.....how old is it? Can I offer a Call so we can figure out exactly what is going on?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
my charger cable light is on but the charging light on the computer is not on

OK, that is a clear cut sign of a hardware failure of the laptop....I wish I had better news, but if there are no LED lights on the laptop, it has had a major failure

Does that make sense? If the laptop had signs of power, we could do some trouble shooting, but if its not even getting power, there has been a failure, I'd guess its the laptops power supply, the internal power supply. Or the mother board.

Does that make sense?
