Hello Ms. Wilson; my name is*****; my problem is having trouble for three days now trying to sign-in to yahoo to retrieve my mail and do some surfing for games. I've received the keys several time but no positive outcome so far. The frustration is eating me up. I think I've found the problem; during one of those password ***** efforts, it seems that all my password ***** charactores are caps, none small. I have no idea how it happened, but I don't have a clue of how to change it. It would great if you could please help me with this pain. Bennett
