Having problems with asus notebook purchased in January 2016

Customer Question

Having problems with asus notebook purchased in January 2016 freezing up. Cannot turn off. Battery cannot be removed. Closed back with no pin hole. Today went to word and had problems going in and out of word. Problems saving document and printed. Blue screen is on and says there is a problem and they will need to correct and will start when corrected. It went from 10% to 30% and has not changed for over 1 1/2 hours. Cannot shut computer down. Problems keep on recurring. Not happy with purchase. What do I do?
