Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Hello,
I am the person that will be helping you today.

You can fix that problem by pressing both of the following keys at the same time: CTRL and 0

The second key is the zero key on the top of the keyboard; it is not an uppercase o.

So, just press both of those keys at the same time and you will be all set.

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
Jason
