Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. I researched and found out that iveera has a lot of complaints, so it's not safe. How did you get into contact with iveera?

I can help with any computer issue.

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

What's the issue with your computer? Is there any error or message?

I have the name Sid and the telephone number. As I said this happened 2 years ago. I did call the Federal Trade Commission and they told me it was a scam.

Yes, this was a scam, so do not get into contact with them. I'm an independent computer tech; I'm not affiliated with iveera nor Norton. iveera is not affiliated to Norton. So I suggest to contact your bank / credit card company to cancel the big charge. Usually, if you are not expecting something or if someone is charging you a lot, then it is likely a scam. Basically, ignore any phone call or popup window or email message that you do not know or that you are not expecting.

Now, is your computer currently having any issue? Is your computer slow? etc.?
