Open Safe Mode with the F8 key

All Windows versions can be booted into Safe Mode by this method. Note that it is somewhat tricky to time this procedure and it may take several attempts.

1. Turn on or restart your computer.
2. Hold down (or you may need to repeatedly tap) the F8 key before the Windows logo appears. If the computer makes a complaining noise, tap the F8 key repeatedly instead of holding it down.
3. If a Windows logo or “Windows starting” appears, wait until Windows loads. Then restart the computer and try pressing F8 again.
4. Once you are successful, a menu will appear with a number of boot options. Use an arrow key to navigate to “Safe Mode” and press the Enter key.

Trying to get to Safe Mode by using the F8 key can be frustrating and there is another way that uses the System Configuration Utility (msconfig).

If you cannot log in, to change accounts, we have to use a recovery tool.

This can be done in a few ways. One is very time consuming. We can get you up and running by

creating a recovery disk/usb, or buy one for under 20 (i really recommend this option, the other option

needs another computer cd or usb and takes quite some time).

Here is the video on how to create your own:

And the recovery key already made for as cheap as you will find it:

These are your options. How would you like to proceed?

20.00 is fine...what next..will u walk me thru everything
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 2 months ago.

Please understand, we do not make anything off of those sales. I am a tech here for you only. After you purchase

the recovery key from amazon, you will update this question, and i can walk you thru the steps. (It is actually really

simple, it just sounds difficult).

Sometimes, these issues take a few days due to having to order or make our own hardware to gain access. We understand this.

Just update once you have the key and i will walk you through it as we discussed.
