Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel.
; (If needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then the Control Panel window should open.)
  3. There, open Internet Options; (or open Network and Internet / Internet Options.)
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer, and check pogo games.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, click on the website below:

http://www.firefox.com

, then there, download and install the Firefox program

; keep all default options during installation, and import if prompted

, then close the Internet Explorer program

, then open the Mozilla Firefox program, then go to the pogo.com website in the Firefox program and see if you can play games fine in the Firefox program

; (if prompted, download and install flash player first, then try pogo games in the Firefox program.)
