Your firmware may be glitched. Please Try to reset your Kindle by sliding and holding the power switch for 25 seconds. If you have the newest model, it has a push button. Press it and hold it for 25 seconds. Your Kindle device should reload within 4 minutes. If the Amazon apps still malfunctions, please let me know.
