My admin says my email is full. Trying to go to Manage Folders to delete but need assistance please. Can you log in to my computer remote to see what a mess I have in there. Folders from the past had appeared a couple of years ago and I don't want them there.

Customer: No. But now that you mention it, when I go to send an email I get a from that asks for a password *****
