Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Are you able to get to your desktop at any point or is this a continuous loop where

you restart the machine and then have to keep restarting it?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Not a continuous loop, but a repeating notification pop-up telling me I must restart in order to allow updates to complete. Pops up about every 10 minutes; when I restart, there is no indication of updates taking place, but inevitably the "you must restart" message returns a few minutes later.
Expert:  Byron replied 1 month ago.

Thanks. This is occurring due to a Windows update. Open Control Panel>>Windows Update.

In the lower left open Installed Updates.

In the search box in the top right corner enter: kb3033929

When the search displays the security update, right click on it and select Uninstall.

Once it's gone, you'll be prompted to restart your computer.

Let me know the result please.
