Customer Question

A week ago I started getting group policy client service not working.
I reset the pc (lot of reinstalling programs etc)
It just did it again after some updates were pushed down.
How do I fix this and prevent it from happening again? Windows 10

My name is David.

To resolve the issue do the following:

First right click on the start menu button, and then right click on command prompt and click Run as Administrator in the menu that appears. Then type "netsh" and press enter. Next type "winsock reset" and press enter. Then restart your computer.
Then click Start, Settings, System, Power and Sleep, then additional power settings and click on "Choose what the power buttons do". Then scroll down to Shutdown Settings and uncheck the box next to "turn on fast startup" and click save changes.

Note that before you uncheck the "turn on fast startup" you may need to click “Change Settings that are currently unavailable” to enable the uncheck option of the other.

Please let me know if that resolves the issue and/or if you have further questions.
