Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Does your Kindle indicate is connected to WIFI? Are you able to read any books at all on the Kindle?
What model Kindle is this?
I can connect to your computer to help you figure out your wireless password, if you think that is the problem.
I can not connect to your kindle, and can only direct you on what to do with it.

Actually, if your Kindle is not accepting the password ***** your WIFI, we'd likely need a remote connection from your home computer to verify your wireless details. Would you be able to get to your computer that is connected to the same router that the kindle connects to?
