We had a storm last night and when I woke up this morning my cameras had moved from the spot they were aiming. can that happen if we have a POWER outage

They have remote Pan and Tilt which means they remotely can move.

Electrical interference can cause these motors to engage which would course the aim to move.

It was this, very hard wind forcing the camera to move in its holding or someone panned and tilted them from the console.
