JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: 'Yes plus, i was having trouble with C; drive usage at 100% I tried to make some changes based off article on internet those changes could have caused problem
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: right now I have Windows\system32.drivers\acpi.sys 0xc000025 error code

Okay, try this. Shut down the computer. Press the Novo button. From Novo Button Menu, select System Recovery and press Enter.

It says the system recovery can not be launched

Okay then, give this a try. Restart and as it begins to boot, start tapping the F11 key about once per second and see if this brings up a recovery menu.
