Customer Question

Oh, my heck. Google works fine if you know all about computers. My husband died in February, and I just went online and deleted his address that he used at work. So now there is no recovery address. I went online to try to recover my password, and it apparently only uses mobile phones. When I try to recover a password, now it tells me that my email address can't be used. (BIG sigh here.)
It apparently works on mobile phones, because when I entered my phone number, which is a hard-wired phone, I got nothing back. I assume an SMS is a message? Funny, though, I get email on my mobile phone because I have a wifi router here, but we get no phone reception where we live. DO NOT tell be anything about going online; I've tried for two days now. I just want my email back so I can answer on my computer.
I have***@******.*** as my email address, and the password, last I knew, was CarJai1. Help.
My phone number is *****

I am sorry you are having trouble accessing the email account.

Would you like me to connect remotely and help you get access again?

I have sent you an offer for a secure remote connection for you to look over.
