I am trying to access the IS Portal for my childcare Centre. It will not let me receive an activation code and comes up with the message "no account has been opened for this email address by the Department of Social Security". The email address I am trying to activate is
If you can assist with this I would appreciate it as I have, along with CCMS, inclusion Support, my programme provider, auskey and abr have been trying to get this working for over 3 weeks totalling more than 20 hours. You help is appreciated.
