JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Lenovo? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: B50 touch Windows 8 I think
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no, I gave the laptop to my son and told him to put in his password ***** now he doesn't remember.
