I have an ASUS laptop, which I upgraded to Windows 10 a few months ago. Recently I get a black/blank screen (with the cursor visible) after I log in.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Asus? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10. Where can I find the model?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
