I am trying to log in to my Microsoft Account and have failed on at least 12 attempts. I'm either being told I have an incorrect password (even tho' I have recently established a fresh log in) or it tell me I already have an account based on the email I've have (and have had for about 15 years. Help --- puleeeze!
