JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: About one month, I have tried everythiong
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: downloading data and trying on other laptop, will show data but again will not print. Seems to be a glitch in Anquest 14, probably related to Windows10.

Customer: Have tower and two laptops. One laptop is Toshiba, Brother is MFC-J220. have updated printers etc. re-installed 14.
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
