not my printer, computer . I am unable to search for anything on internet only my favs can I access. this happened after I had installed a product from you and now I do not even have the icon for hp support. when I do search the box says "blank page" unable to find
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: i just bought the Envy desktop in JUly of this year
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i have tried restart, restore, trouble shooting internet no problems. i was going to go back to factory settings to see if that would work but I do not know how to do that if necessary
