That message is usually a scam. Do not follow any instruction in that message; please delete that message. As long as you are able to receive and send emails, then there is nothing wrong with your email account. Usually, scammers send fake email messages in order to request your information, such as passwords, social security number, phone number, credit cards, etc. Please always ignore any email message or popup window message or phone call that you do not know or that you are not expecting.
