Have you gotten the Roku connected to the internet yet?
It should go through steps
connect to the internet
check for software updates
and display an activation code on the screen.
Have you seen that code show up?
You should have seen this on your TV screen (see attachment)
When you were setting up the Roku did you see the activation code on your screen?

Please click the link below (after reading this). On the new page, click the green I Agree button and the connection download will begin. When the file has downloaded (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) select Run or Open. If Windows asks, Allow changes to be made. When the file has loaded we should be connected.
