f you are using Internet Explorer then you may perform the methods for a probable fix:
Method 1:a. Launch Internet Explorer click on Tools.b. Click on Internet Options then click on Connections tab. c. Under Connections tab uncheck the box Use a proxy server for your LAN and click OK.d. Re-launch Internet Explorer and check if the issue reoccurs.
Method 2:a. Launch Internet Explorer click on Tools. b. Click on Internet Options then click on Security tab.c. Under Security tab click on the box that implies Sites and check if any AOL sites are added to the restricted site zoned. If yes, Remove and check if the issue persists.
