All of my inbox AOL emails do not appear on my iPhone 6 and 6s
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: One dau
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Shut down
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: Also when I try to sign on to my desktop computer to retrieve AOL mail I get error message "unable to connect " However I am able to connect to internet on all other Google or Internet explorer searches and links

f you are using Internet Explorer then you may perform the methods for a probable fix:

Method 1:
a. Launch Internet Explorer click on Tools.
b. Click on Internet Options then click on Connections tab.
c. Under Connections tab uncheck the box Use a proxy server for your LAN and click OK.
d. Re-launch Internet Explorer and check if the issue reoccurs.

Method 2:
a. Launch Internet Explorer click on Tools.
b. Click on Internet Options then click on Security tab.
c. Under Security tab click on the box that implies Sites and check if any AOL sites are added to the restricted site zone
d. If yes, Remove and check if the issue persists.

Apl was not on restricted site list. In fact, there were no sites on restricted list. And box was already unchecked for using a proxy server
