Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What are these codes for? What's the issue with your computer?

What's the exact error or message?

Is the internet currently working on your computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Thank you. Does Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer program work fine?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

It looks like you are not away. Let me provide a couple of solutions you can try when you are available:

Solution #1:

- In Firefox, please click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on option History, then click on Clear recent history. Then from the dropdown list, select option Everything. Then only check the two boxes Cache and Offline Website Data. Then click on Clear now.
, then in Firefox, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on the ?(question mark) icon, then click on option Troubleshooting Information. Then click on option Refresh Firefox..., then option Refresh Firefox

, then wait a bit and check.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please download and install the Google Chrome program at the website below:

http://www.chrome.com

, keep all default options during installation and import if prompted

, then close Firefox program

, then open Google Chrome program and see if you can use the email / internet / websites fine in the Google Chrome program.

- If you'd like to, I can also connect remotely to your computer and fix this issue directly on your computer for you.
