- In Firefox, please click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on option History, then click on Clear recent history. Then from the dropdown list, select option Everything. Then only check the two boxes Cache and Offline Website Data. Then click on Clear now., then in Firefox, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner, then click on the ?(question mark) icon, then click on option Troubleshooting Information. Then click on option Refresh Firefox..., then option Refresh Firefox
