Hello,

Ourtime can be a confusing website to get help on. If you follow my instructions you can cancel your account and also contact their customer service and share your complaints.

I will provide easy instructions on cancelling.
Please read everything below before you try so you understand.
You should just be able to click http://www.ourtime.com/v3/login?ofp=ah and then sign in.
Next Click on 'More Account Status Changes' Click on 'Remove My Profile'
If you have trouble with above here is another way you can cancel.
1. Click HERE - peoplemedia.custhelp.com/app/ask
2. Under site choose ourtime and under category choose canceling
3. Enter the email address you used to sign up
4. Enter your phone number
5. Type in the box a message that you wish to cancel but are having trouble doing so and would like them to cancel .
You will then hear back from them through your email once they have canceled the account.
