Have you tried contacting Amazon through their chat online or through the telephone number:(###) ###-####
2. Have you tried logging into your account and then go to my account, then go to your orders (under your name and my account)
3. Then find the order and see if there is a tracking number on it?
4. Also be aware that even though you bought it through amazon, doesn't mean it comes from amazon (it could be a 3rd party seller)?
