I received your notice that my order for a Yoshi Grill

I received your notice that my order for a Yoshi Grill Baking Mat has been canceled due to non-payment. I'm confused. I bought this item through Amazon. Order number,(###) ###-####6723427. I have been told that it has been shipped. I don't have it yet, but I paid the bill on Aug. 1, 2016. Shipping date is to be around Aug. 2nd.
What do I do?

Have you tried contacting Amazon through their chat online or through the telephone number:(###) ###-####

2. Have you tried logging into your account and then go to my account, then go to your orders (under your name and my account)

3. Then find the order and see if there is a tracking number on it?

4. Also be aware that even though you bought it through amazon, doesn't mean it comes from amazon (it could be a 3rd party seller)?
