Have been changed from hotmail.co.uk to outlook and am totally unable to open or do anythingin my e mail folders on my pc. I am receiving e mails but unable to do anything. All frozen

Would you please perform below activity..

1: Close Outlook

Make sure its totally closed, Check outlook icon appear at right side taskbar near to clock icon. If there close it

2: Now Open Run Dialog box (Press Window key and r button)

3: Type outlook /safe press enter key

This opens outlook in safe mode. Check if it freeze now
