I am trying to fix my husbands laptop. I am on mine and have HP. His is stuck in safe mode and have tried the tapping f8 key and put in his password ***** nothing works. before I tried this, I was stuck in sign in page and wouldnt accept his password, it is the same one he has since I bought it for him last year. I am getting very frustrated and know I can get the help I need. I tried calling before to the solutions help line and they just wanted to charge me and wouldnt transfer me to the USA. they are in porta rico and I couldnt understand any of the 3 persons I talked to and had very bad connection on their part. PLEASE help!!!
