I have a facebook problem, not a computer one
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: yesterday on the app on my old phone. I activated a new phone yesterday and when I added and opened the fb app I had an account I thought I had deleted - one that I never really used, and I can't get fb to let me use my "usual" account. Both are tied to my e-mail address
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried deleting the acct I don't want, I tried changing my password, neither worked.
