JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Have never reset it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: All those on line but it doesn't recognise mother's name or any other details
JA: The computer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

My iPad failed on Monday 18th mail since

Try this, double tap the home button and close the mail app then press and hold the power and home buttons for 30 seconds.

You should see it turn off, on, then back off again.

Once that happens, let go of the buttons and power it back on.

Try logging into your email again and let me know what happened.
