My client Paul *** from *** **** Systems Inc. has asked me to take over his website and email accounts. All I have from him is his last billing info from Google: Invoice No. 801908661778461&.45, Billing ID 9671-9293-4505, Acct. No. 801 9-0866-1778-4616, Acct ID *****. The person who set this up is long gone from the company and now I have to both add and delete emails from the Google Apps For Work site. What do I need to do?

Some examples are GoDADDY, or WEB.com, or YAHOO, or 1&1

How do you login to make changes to the website?

Are they using their domain for email.....or just using Gmail or other FREE email provider?

There you go.....you need to be able to LOGIN to the hosting account, to get to yoru WEBSITE admin page (usually called a Dashboard)

There you can do all the settigns for the website.

I've already talked to Netfirms and they said I had to go through Google as it is Google that is handling the emails for $45 per month.

That's the problem. The invoice does not state what they are, just a price of $45 per month which according to their fees is for 9 names. There are only 3 people left in the company now so we need to change the listing, and then to create 3 more as they come on board.

Although you may have made a deposit, and for that you will have to contact customer service for a refund....i am NOT able to do so.
