when the test began, our tv's went out.
the tv message on our screens said, "problem communicating with dish. press Select for more info or (776)
we followed the instructions
the next message was "cabling problem 776" Satellite dish communication problem
a satellite dish hardware upgrade is required
please call customer service and choose message 776
we called and they told us to contact you
